We try to ensure our website is as accurate as possible, both in terms of prices displayed, description, and images of products and services. All measurements displayed are approximate and any errors will be wholly unintentional.

The images of the existing products within the TJS London website are real. The colors reproduced in the photos of the products on this site are very close to the original, but not identical, rendering the colors largely dependent on how each monitor is calibrated separately.

Also, the products may seem smaller or larger than they really are, depending on how they were photographed, which is why each object has a description of the dimensions that you should consider when choosing a TJS London jewellery. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.

We may make changes to the website content at any time without notice or warning, including:

  • Changes to these terms and conditions
  • Changes to promotions, offers, and discounts
  • Changes to content and product information

3. The contract of sale-purchase

Once you have completed your checkout process, we will send an email confirmation containing details of your order. This confirmation does not act as acceptance of your order as this is subject to the following:

  • The product being in-stock and available for delivery;
  • The information and pricing being accurate;
  • Payment being authorized.

Subject to the above, we will despatch your order and send an email confirmation to let you know it’s on its way. It is at this point that a contract will exist under these terms and conditions.

You have the right to cancel the order (to withdraw your intention to conclude a contract) without sanctions even until the moment of shipment of the products. You are obliged to notify us about the cancellation of the order by e-mail or telephone.

4. Prices & Availability

All prices are stated inclusive of 20% VAT and are in sterling pounds. Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages at the time the customer places the order.

Whilst we endeavor to ensure all prices are correct at the time of publication, we reserve the right to reject an order should there has been a material error in the price advertised at the time of order.

The products and services are offered as they are created by the manufacturer and also within the limits of available stock.

The products on the  TJS London website can be ordered only if they are in stock. If a customer orders a product that is out of stock he/she will be notified about the options available to them. TJS London reserves the right not to honor an order if the product is out of stock. Products similar to those ordered without the prior approval of the buyer will not be dispatched.

5. Compliance of the product

We believe that all of our products are of the highest quality and will guarantee everything against manufacturing defects. Thus, we offer a guarantee certificate, valid for 90 days from the purchase. These rights are additional to and do not detract from your statutory rights.

The UK Hallmarking Act 1973, as amended, requires that all items over 7.78gram for sterling silver and 1gram for gold carry a UK hallmark from one of the four Assay Offices in the UK. Stamps such as 925 and 375 are applied by some manufacturers, and although indicative of the metal purity, are not full UK hallmarks, and should not be confused with UK hallmarks.

At TJS London, we hallmark all items of gold and silver above the UK hallmarking weights. Items below these weights may carry a hallmark, but we would not hallmark such items as a standard.

We are dedicated to providing a high standard of product, and we work closely with The Goldsmith’s Company Assay office, in maintaining strong compliance procedures.

Please be advised that if you have your item altered, repaired, or adjusted by another jeweller or company, then this will invalidate your guarantee and render it void.

6. Payment Methods
