Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
• Customized or personalized items (such as engraved pieces) cannot be returned unless defective.

How to return an item:

1. Contact our support team at hello@thejewellerystorelondon.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. Carefully package the item and send it to our returns address provided by customer support.
3. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return to the original payment method.
