In the event of a pricing error on our website, we are not obligated to provide the product at the incorrect price and will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

Our products comply with UK statutory rights and consumer regulations.

We accept payment via major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay, and Apple Pay/Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through certified payment gateways. Your financial details are never stored on our servers.

United Kingdom:

There are no shipping fees for the UK orders above £75. 

For orders less than £75, there is a charge of £3.25 using Royal Mail 24. 

£4.75 using Royal Mail Tracked 24. 

For next day express delivery to the UK, there is a charge of £9.95

We try to ship the goods the same day if ordered before 12 pm. Shipping time is another 1-2 business days. So, in total, you should have your jewellery with you within 1-3 business days (if you´re located in the UK, excluding weekends & bank holidays).

International Shipping:

We ship worldwide through Shopify Managed Markets, which automatically calculates all shipping rates, import duties, and taxes at checkout so you'll never have to worry about surprise fees upon delivery.

 

• Delivery Time: International orders typically arrive within 3-10 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).• Shipping Rates: Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your specific destination and package weight, utilizing our discounted international courier rates.• Dispatch: Orders placed before 12pm (UK time) are dispatched the same day. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately with an expected delivery date, and you retain the option to cancel your order if you prefer not to wait.• Duties & Taxes: For your convenience, all applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. The final price you see at payment is all-inclusive; there are no hidden customs fees or additional charges upon delivery.

We take all reasonable precautions to keep our website secure and free of errors. However, we cannot be held responsible for technical errors or interruptions caused by internet service providers, host servers, or third-party platforms.

The maximum amount of damages that can be paid by The Jewellery Store London LTD towards any client is the amount received by us from this client.
