Description
Spinner band ring in 925 sterling silver. The band is 6mm thick and features the middle spin 4mm OM ring, ideal for anxiety relief.
The Spinner ring is believed to come from ancient Tibetan meditation tradition and is know as the ‘worry ring’; spinning the right is said to calm the body and mind. Om is known as the sound of universe (in Hinduism). This detailed ring can be worn for meditation, religious or spiritual reasons.
